GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are available for any amount and do not expire. A traditional card with an envelope can be mailed to any address upon request. PAYMENT You can pay by cash, check, Venmo, or credit card at the time of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS Please allow 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Outside of emergencies and Covid symptoms or exposure, payment for late cancellations is kindly requested. FRIENDS FUND Tips are not accepted. It is important that bodywork of all kinds gets taken seriously as healthcare, and becomes increasingly accessible to all who need it. If you have the resources to be generous and are moved to round your payment up, your contribution will go into a Friends Fund. This fund helps me to make space for sliding scale appointments when appropriate, and is entirely optional. You can be sure your generosity makes a big difference in someone's life. To find out if I have sliding scale openings at this time, please speak with me about your specific needs. INSURANCE I do not accept insurance but I am happy to provide documentation of your sessions for you to submit to your insurance company. I encourage you to tell your medical providers about how manual therapy has benefited you, and ask them for prescriptions. NEW CLIENTS When you arrive, you will have a chance to ask questions and tell me about your goals for your session. These can change from session to session. It is a good idea to wear soft, loose clothes without stiff waistbands or buttons if you prefer not to undress. Much of my work can be done while clothed. ACCESSIBILITY If you have any reason to be concerned about your ability to access my office, contact me to see what solutions we can come up with. AUSTIN LOCATION 5524 Bee Cave Rd, Suite G2 Westlake Hills, TX 78746 My office is located inside Westland Office Park, near the intersction of Bee Cave Rd. and Redbud Trail. Building G is at the back of the circular drive. You may park anywhere. If you have concerns about accessibility, I may be able to reserve you a flat parking spot closest to my office door. SMITHVILLE LOCATION 807 Garwood St. Smithville, TX 78957 I see clients in my home office in Smithville on Monday and Friday. Convenient for residents of Smithville, Bastrop, and Elgin, or an enjoyable day trip from Austin. YOUR LOCATION Occasionally, when a client has limited mobility, I may be able to arrange travel to your location. There is a minimum travel charge of $35. |
