Each session includes the following therapies based upon what you need.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Did you know that our bodies are more fluid than solid? Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle and effective manual therapy that assists movement of lymph where it has become sluggish or blocked in tissues and organs. People who experience the refreshing and integrating results of this light touch work find it can accomplish surprisingly profound changes.
The lymphatic system is a network of vessels by which excess fluid and molecular debris are removed from the tissues, leaving them rinsed and functioning more optimally. Lymphatic vessels exist in skin, muscle, fascia, bone, as well as digestive and reproductive organs, nerves and the brain. Nearly every structure and function of the body can be improved in some way by supporting the lymphatic system.
Lymphatic fluid also transports infection-fighting immune cells to where they are needed. Lymph nodes filter bacteria, viruses, and substances that have reached toxic levels, thus keeping the body informed about conditions that call for an immune response. Lymphatic Drainage helps boost the function of the immune system by increasing the volume of lymph moving through the nodes.
Lymphatics are on the front edge of scientific research about health and medicine. While awareness of the benefits of Lymphatic Drainage is still higher for lymphatic diseases such as lymphedema and lipedema, there are applications across healthcare and wellness. Lymphatic Drainage could be a good choice if any of the following issues concern you:
Allergies and sinus congestion
Anxiety and difficulty sleeping
Breast tenderness, congestion or fibrosity
Digestive Issues like IBS
Hormonal changes
Inflammation of any kind
Lymphedema and Lipedema
Muscular pain or tension
Pre- and Post surgical care
Scar tissue, old or new, superficial or internal
Skin issues: puffiness, acne, loose tone, insect bites
Stiff or painful joints
Swelling, bloating, edema
Toxicity, including medications or mold
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral Therapy is the practice of attuning and following subtle fluctuations in the cerebro-spinal fluid to discover patterns that may be held in the fascia. The cranium, the spine, and sacrum provide a bony housing for the brain and spinal cord. These highly sensitive tissues are bathed and nourished by the cerebro-spinal fluid, whose tide-like movements can be perceived by skilled hands. The qualities of these tides can reveal deep places where a body wants attention and support. The result is a deep state of relaxation in which our inherent healing potential is most available. Since the central nervous system affects all aspects of the body, the benefits can be structural, visceral, and sensory. This work is excellent for anyone who has experienced any kind of impact or trauma, physical or otherwise.
The following conditions may benefit from Craniosacral Therapy:
Headache
Neck tension
Dental pain
Jaw issues, including TMJ syndrome
Insomnia
Anxiety
Fogginess
Vision and hearing issues
Skeletal alignment

MYO-FASCIAL MASSAGE
This work may include slow, penetrating compression, long soothing strokes, kneading of soft tissue, and mobilization of joints. Massage can encourage softening of tight, uncomfortable, or painful patterns, whether chronic and postural or resulting from a trauma or injury. In addition to feeling soothing and wonderful as it is received, the state of relaxation benefits every system of the body. Massage affirms and restores our physical bodies with the nourishment of touch.
The fascia is a three-dimensional network of fluid fibers that wrap every structure in the body, providing continuity and spatial organization. Fascia responds to injury and stress by limiting movement and becoming more fibrous than fluid. Lymphatic vessels trapped in contracted fascial fibers can only transport a limited amount of lymph: a free fascial network allows for fuller flow. The cranio-sacral system affects all systems in the body because fascia is anchored to the bones of the sacrum, spine and cranium. Tensions and disruptions in the fascia can be felt in the quality of the cranio-sacral rhythm.
